I really regret this, but unfortunately, Netscape and Safari really muddles up the site that you're trying to view. So much so, that I must regretfully recommend that you use IE 4.0 or higher to visit this website. Truth be told however, Netscape does a terrible job handling all the cool stuff that was painstakingly designed into these pages. Feel free to use Netscape, but some things will show up rather strangely on your monitor.
